Sponsorship Opportunities

Current Sponsorship Opportunities

 For each event, YCAL offers several levels of event sponsorship which will include various levels of exposure before, during, and at the event.  The various levels offered are Presenter ($3,000), Gold Sponsor ($1,500), Silver Sponsor ($750) and Small Business Sponsor ($300).  Please see the table below the list of events for the specific benefits of each level.

Anticipated Audience: 100+ York County School administrators, educators, and community/business partners

2016 Attendance: N/A

 

This event invites YCAL’s Partner School superintendents, principals, and counselors, as well as our business and community partners to review the impact of programs over the past year.  This event also serves as a kick-off and preview of the upcoming school year as well as recognizing those partners that have assisted YCAL in fulfilling its mission.

February 8, 2018
Anticipated Audience: 175+ York County school teachers, administrators, advisors, and counselors

2017 Attendance: 178

 

This event focuses on the inclusion of Career Education and Work Standards into curriculum at all levels of K-12.  This event provides each educator in attendance with four impactful, relevant, lesson plans to adapt to the grade level in which they specialize, as well as other valuable experiences to utilize in their classrooms, such as the employer panel discussion.

March 8, 2018
Anticipated Audience: 225+ York County students, teachers, counselors, and industry speakers

 

2017 Attendance: 175

 

 This event focuses on students still exploring their career or educational plan after high school. Students attend their choice of three out of sixteen career cluster presentations, delivered by a business or training partner in that industry. Students also attend a post-secondary career expo & employment skills session to help enhance soft skills and explore options for education & employment after graduation.

April 24, 2018
Anticipated Audience: 130+ York County school board members, superintendents, teachers, and counselors

2017 Attendance: 139

 

This event is held annually to celebrate and honor members of the York County School Boards for their service and belief in the value of education. In addition to the award presentation, YCAL will showcase one of its programs with participants or beneficiaries of that program attending the event to speak of their experiences.
