An in-school employability and training program for York County high school students, developed in partnership with school district representatives, including career counselors and special education professionals. The goal of Compass is to prepare students for the rigors of securing a job, workplace professionalism and continued employment. Focusing on junior and senior grade levels, the program is run in 10, 2-hour after-school sessions, and hosted at the school district.
