Career Education and Work Standards Symposium
Career Education and Work Standards Symposium
An event for York County educators focused on the Career Education and Work Standards. This event encourages empowerment by providing each educator in attendance with four impactful, relevant lesson plans to adapt to the grade level in which they specialize, as well as valuable resources to utilize in their classrooms. Event registration is open to all teachers K-12 affiliated with our K-12 Partner Schools.
The 11th Annual Career Education and Work Standards Symposium will be offered VIRTUALLY, consisting of mostly pre-recorded content that can be utilized between May 2021 and October 1, 2021. We hope that this flexibility will allow our hard-working educators some time to dedicate to and reflect on Career Education and Work Standards as their school year winds down and they enjoy their Summer break! Those successfully completing all requirements on or before October 1, 2021 will receive three (3) Act 48 credits.
A preview image of the Symposium content can be found below. Please note all sessions are prerecorded and available now with the exception of the Employer’s Panel on Thursday, June 24, 2021 @ 10:00AM (We encourage live attendance, but this session will also be recorded and available on-demand).
